What the Grimsby Telegraph doesn't report!

There was a scrutiny panel of the council this week and some of the KPI's reported are fantastic good news stories that are worth noting:-

Cumulative inward investment is £446.7 million with the rolling year to date standing at £47 million!

Wow that's brilliant news for the area! and there is more good news:-

Cumulative jobs created by wider regeneration projects is 4943 with the rolling year to date of 415 jobs.

Well done to the Labour Council, the people of North East Lincs will surely celebrate the news.

Prosperity is one of the foundation stones of a good society, if people are working then they tend to look after their homes and themselves. Labour believes that aspiration and economic growth go hand in hand for everyday people, not just those at the top. The Tories however have stalled the economy and have cut tens of millions from council budgets to pay for tax breaks to the rich and wealthy. (£Millions that could pay for example, Bin collections, street cleaning, grass cutting and many other services that folk used to take for granted!!)

so well done to our Labour council!
